what's more waiting?

I'm still waiting for my MRI results. I would like to say that I'm waiting patiently, but even after 3 years of infertility, I'm still the least patient person in the world. You would think I would be used to this by now.

But I'm not.

Speaking of waiting . . .

Last week marked one year since we brought Danica home. While a dog is certainly no replacement for a baby, she certainly filled a void that was missing in our lives. It's not easy raising a puppy, but I can't imagine our lives without her.

Thank you, Danica, for making the wait to become parents a little bit easier to bear!

I promise I will post an update as soon as I hear results.

For now, I just keep waiting.

Aww, Danica is so cute.

Sorry you haven't gotten those results yet, that is always frustrating when they take so long :( I hope they get in soon.

Awww Danica is so cute! they definately help ease the pain. Waiting patiently for your results too. I think we will be shocked if there ever comes a point & time we dont have to wait.

I love Danica's coloring! She's beautiful. I'm babysitting my parents' mini dachshund; they're such great dogs! Definitely not a baby-replacement, but I don't know where I'd be without my four-legged furbabies. Good luck waiting for your results. Ugh, waiting.

I hear you on the waiting frustrations! And yay for pups that help mamas through difficult times!

I remember how excited I was when you brought Danica home. These pups are life-savers, absolutely. I would have lost my mind ten times over (more than already) if not for my precious Bella's puppy love. And I tell her so every day :)

waiting always sucks! And wow! I can't believe its been a year since you got Danica! She is such a cutie! Doggies definitely aren't babies but they do help fill the void a bit..atleast my puppy did for me! They always greet you with a smile (lick?) when you get home and make the day a bit brighter!

Came across your blog when I was naming my own adoption blog "From IF to When." Obviously great minds think alike, because I have a precious Doxie, too! LOL! Hoping she's helping you cope with all of this waiting just as mine helps me. :-)

are you going to do a reflection post on the casey anthony verdict, since you wrote a post about your interest in the case? i have to say, i'm floored at the acquittal....

Since we are entering our 8th month waiting (for our 2nd child, sibling to our son) we also decided to adopt another dog (an Italian Greyhound) just last week.

I said to my husband, well, at least someone will let us adopt a dog.

Wow, I can't believe it's been one year. I can remember when you got her and would swear it was 6 months ago or so. Crazy!

I've been wondering about your MRI but haven't asked. I'm sorry if that makes me a bad friend. I hope that you hear the results soon and this waiting game can soon be over.
