oh what a night

It started a little after 12:15 this morning. Joey woke up, went to the bathroom, and came back complaining that his side hurt. Me, being the loving wife I am, told him that he probably pulled a muscle and to go back to bed. Less than 15 minutes later, he got up again. When he came back, he told me it hurt to pee.

After vomiting twice and still not feeling better by 6, we decided it was time to make our way to the emergency room. Turns out it was just a kidney stone. They doped him up pretty well and sent us on our merry way by 10. He finally passed it about an hour ago.

What a way to kick off beta week.

PS: I tested 12 dpIUI. BFN.

I got a BFN on 12dpIUI also, but a BFP on d14. hang in there! Still not trying to get your hopes up, but people were always reminding me to be positive, even when it was hard to do! I will be positive for you :)

Oh, and I'm glad Joey is okay. I have heard passing those is horrible! You can just think of it as his sympathy for when you have to push out a baby!

So and I are in the same boat! As you know I tested neg on 12dpIUI. Hoping we hear otherwise from our betas. Fingers crossed.

Glad Joey is okay. I'm so sorry about the BFN. I'm holding out hope that the beta brings good news. ((hugs))

Oh honey (((HUGS)))

I'm so incredibly sorry about your BFN. It feels like the rug has been ripped away when you have spent lots of $$ on something like an IUI to only get a big slap in the face.

Sending you and Joey lots of love.

I'm glad Joey is doing better. Kidney stones suck!

I am glad that Joey is okay. I hear kidney stones are painful and not fun.

I don't want to give any false hopes but I had such a crazy beginning to this pregnancy with my betas/hpt. Anything is possible until you get your test. Keeping fingers crossed for you!

Katie, I'm sorry about the BFN and about Joey's kidney stone. I'm glad he passed it!

I wish I knew what else to say or that there was something I could do. I just hope those betas Wednesday bring good news!!
